Terry Phillips is the owner, director, and principal instructor of Saratoga School of Dance. She sets the direction for the other instructors as well as teaching ballet, lyrical, and tap. Valerie Peterson is the hip-hop, jazz, tap, musical theater, and lyrical dance instructor at Saratoga School of Dance.
